During a lunar eclipse, the sun momentarily obscures the full moon's illumination, resetting our emotional cycle and unveiling hidden aspects of our subconscious. The moon's spiritual symbolism reflects our profound emotional currents. So, when the eclipse casts its shadow over the moon, temporarily dimming our emotional visibility, it offers a chance to uncover and transform our current emotional state.

Danielle will lead gentle yoga movements to activate and align with the energies of the Super Full Moon, helping you to tap into your intuition and gain clarity through guided meditation and hands-on Reiki.

Nicole will create a soothing atmosphere with healing sound waves, facilitating relaxation and encouraging emotional release and growth. Her sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls, aims to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and promote healing.

Viniyoga, suitable for all skill levels, focuses on the individual experience of each yoga pose, using breath to enhance movement without strain.

Hands-on Reiki will be offered during the meditation and sound bath, with individual sessions available upon request.
