It’s taken years to build up energy that interrupts our flow of Ki (energy). As one interruption is released, others may come to the surface, and deeper transformations can be realized. Reiki and energy therapy is most effective with 1-2 weeks in between treatments.

If you or your pet aren’t able to experience an energy therapy treatment in-person, remote treatments are just as effective. Receive an energy healing treatment in the comfort of your own space. You can choose phone or video at a time/day when you’re not distracted, are relaxed, but not sleeping. I will perform a Reiki and energy therapy treatment as if you were in my studio and lying on my table. Bonus: you’ll receive a photo of my notes from our time together.

I’m trained in both the Japanese (Usui Reiki Ryoho) and Western (Usui Shiki Ryoho) lineages of Reiki, therefore, so will you. My trainings provide a strong foundation in the traditional teachings of Mikao Usui, the founder of the system of Reiki. I accept a maximum of 6 students per class, provide a printed, color manual, certificate of completion, hands-0n practice, and a community of support. I’ve attuned over 350 students to date, and I’d be honored to guide you on your Reiki journey!

Reiki 1 Training — Reiki can increase your self-awareness, bring your energy back into balance, and help you understand your true nature. You’ll receive 4 individual, hands-on attunements (Reiki blessings) and an opportunity to practice.
Reiki 2 Training— Recommendation is completion of Reiki 1 and 3 months of consistent practice. Upon completion, you will be able to channel life force energy using the power symbol, harmony symbol, and distance healing (or connection) symbol. You’ll share Reiki remotely with a person or pet, learn steps to practice Reiki professionally, and use your intuition during treatments. You’ll receive 1 individual, hands-on attunement (Reiki blessing) and an opportunity to practice.
Master Practitioner Training— Recommendation is completion of Reiki 1, Reiki 2, and 4 months of practice. You’ve worked with the Reiki meditations and techniques, and practice regularly on yourself and others. You're ready to receive additional tools and expand your awareness.
The Master empowerment and separation of energy symbol will be revealed to facilitate healing on a soul level. You’ll perform an attunement ritual, learn steps to teaching others Reiki, and advanced Reiki techniques. You’ll receive 1 individual, hands-on attunement (Reiki blessing) and an opportunity to practice.
Private Reiki 1, 2 or Master Training — Don’t see an upcoming class date that works for you? Schedule a private class! This is a class for 1 or 2 people that can be customized to your needs and schedule. Live video or in-person. For more options or questions contact me.

To receive an attunement, you must complete Reiki 1 training. Regular attunements can be beneficial in keeping your personal Ki (energy) flowing freely. The attunement ritual helps you release negative energy that’s no longer serving you, so you can be a clear conduit for Reiki. In order to effectively work with Reiki, you need to experience attunements.
