Join Danielle Mai, Reiki Master & Viniyoga instructor, and Nicole Reyes with Planted Energy as we prepare for the transitional energy of the Total Solar Eclipse during the New Moon in Aries using gentle yoga, meditation, Reiki, and crystal-bowl sound healing.
Danielle Mai will lead you through gentle yoga movements to activate and express your interpretations of the solar eclipse/new moon energies. She’ll help you integrate and embody your wisdom, allowing you to feel what your intuition already knows. Through guided meditation and hands-on Reiki toward the end of the practice, you’ll cultivate the vibrational expansion so that you can step into a new beginning.
Nicole Reyes will bathe you in healing sound waves curated to help you release with gratitude and find the courage to deepen into what is true for you. She’ll be center stage as you continue your meditative experience and energetically make space for positive growth.

On April 8th a Total Solar Eclipse will occur, where the moon casts a shadow on the sun. This is an ideal time to offer your mind and body extra support for upcoming energetic shifts, emotional uprisings, and spiritual growth. Solar eclipses are known for creating space for new beginnings in your life.
Viniyoga is a lineage of yoga that’s appropriate for all skill levels. The practice brings awareness to how each asana (pose) feels in your body and is modified to create a point of resistance, not pain. The breath is used to assist the movements.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are bathed in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls to promote relaxation, reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and facilitate healing.
With permission, hands-on Reiki will be shared with each individual after a guided meditation and during the sound bath portion of the experience.
