Join me at Ruth Bancroft Garden in Walnut Creek as we welcome the energy of Spring with a practice of restorative yoga and Reiki. It’s an opportunity for renewal and rebirth—for releasing stagnant energy, planting seeds to nurture, and creating space for positive growth and change. 

Using breath, gentle movement, meditation and Reiki we will honor the Vernal Equinox and celebrate the energy of life and fertility as we strive to achieve balance. 

The Spring Equinox marks the halfway point between winter and summer. It is a good time to awaken new inspiration, and do some “Spring cleaning” for our mind, body and spirit.

With permission, hands-on Reiki will be shared with each individual during a guided meditation toward the end of the practice.
